Draw Water, Chop Wood, Cut Dovetails

Admonished by non-stupendous readership these past months, and aware of the many fortnight and larger gaps in posting here, it's clear the blogosphere needs one fewer commenter on current events. The dictum is "Write what you know". As the name of this blog implies, what I know is woodworking, joinery, chisels, planes, (yes, smoothing planes, also rabbet, block, scraping, veneering, toothing, shoulder, jointing planes and...) Anyway, it's time I concede less passion for newsprint than the stuff it is made from.

So, hello dedicated woodworkers, amateurs or otherwise. Learn to sharpen your planes and chisels and all shall be well.
