Among the special right for Victims, sub-species 21, sub-section II, paragraph 2(a)...:
"Only those suffering the debilitating agony of having to abort a child which tests or studies before hand reveal or suggest will possibly or might maybe in some cases be delivered or born 'not perfect', may speak to another person about the personal agony of such a decision, taken,thought about, or slightly regretted later, at leisure ."
The next time someone empties this vial of plagues nearby, ask them what other experiences endow anyone with "special rights".
