My Two Sentence Resolution

We, the member of the United States Senate, united in purpose, recognize and reaffirm the Constitutional authority of the President as Commander in chief of all armed forces. And thereby, recognizing our duty , we firmly and solemnly commit ourselves and our resolve to Victory, come what may, at all costs.
