From the Wall Street Journal editorial page, muses Lynne Stewart"The government's characterization of me and what occurred is inaccurate and untrue," she told the judge. "It takes unfair advantage of the climate of urgency and hysteria that followed 9/11."
To be characterized "unfairly" one must begin from character. She hath not, and even that is taken away. And yes, that paean of liberal/progressive virtue-fairness. Unknown to the Greeks. Omitted by Christ. A stuttering pedastal for the modern, caring their way to fairness. I feel some pity for the blind Sheik. When she crawled into bed with him, at least he couldn't see her. Justice however, is supposed to be blind. Judge Koeltl peeked at Lynne Stewart's "good works" from beneath the bandage and plunked down the 28 month weight. I saw his thumb on the scale.
